The dry cleaners that we use are only able to dry clean any item that has a care label, and label is marked with the letter P in a circle on that label.

Any wash exceeding 8 kg in weight must be paid for when left at the Laundrette.
Terms and conditions apply. It is the total responsibility of the customer to inform the staff of any special requirements when carrying out the operation of laundering. Any item marked as dry cleaning only, if the customer has not informed the staff regarding these items left in the washing, the Laundrette accepts absolutely no liability to any damage occurred during the washing operation. It is and foremost, the customers responsibility to make certain of the washing restrictions specified by the manufacturers, for any items brought to us for cleaning. The Laundrette will not be responsible for any damage to any washing, if the customer has not informed the staff of any special requirements relating to the items they have brought in to wash
